New Concept Heli Test flight, Dual rotor
Here is the 2nd Test flight that turned into a total fun flight with this new concept RC helicopter. This time we tried some altitude and this thing can climb like a Collective pitch. This is just tons of fun flying this heli around. Hoping this heli will be available soon with affordable prices and in a bigger version for FPV and Aerial shooting. First outdoor test flight with Gaui 330x Quadrocopter. Stock 7.4v 2000mah 20c Polmer Batery, under mount camera bracket with GO PRO HD camera installed. Flying in Hover mode (Green light). I tripped up the curb making me take the quad directly above my head which caused me to loose orientation for a second. No Damage on landing.

Er fliegt wirklich, der Conrad Quadrocopter. Einstellugen gingen wie im Heft gut vonstatten. Flug im Beginner Modus. Dritte Akkuladung. 2 Lipo 3er mit je 1500mA - 30C
Allerdings sind 35Mhz nicht mehr angesagt. Hatte undefinierbare Störungen. Aussetzer und manchmal war Binding nicht machbar. Auf dem Video hat er noch die Antenne und 35mhz.
Auch Akkus müssen immer randvoll sein. Auch LEDs vorn sind , meine ich ein Muss !!
Umbau auf 2,4ghz ist abgeschlossen.
Esky 2,4ghz 6 Channel + Papparazzi PPM Encoder.

Conrad Quadrocopter 450 ARF
This was my second flight with the new rarely available Quadrocopter. It's ready built and has quite decent flight abilities as you can see in the vid.
The QC has plenty of power and should be able to carry some FPV equipment (cam, TX). The flighttime is good - I have no exact measurement yet but it should be around 10mins with 2000mah 3cell lipo.

Das war mein zweiter Flug mit dem schwer verfügbaren und schon lange angekündigten - Fertig-Quadrocopter von Conrad. Man braucht nur mehr Rotoren montieren, Quarz rein (35MHz Empfänger nicht tauschbar!) und nach einer kurzen Setup Routine geht's los.
Die Power genügt sicher auch für FPV Ausrüstung.
Über die Flugzeit kann ich noch nichts Genaues berichten - ca. 10min mit einem 2000mah 3cell Lipo würd' ich schätzen.

CES: Did Parrot Invent An IPhone Controlled Hovercam?!
3D Televisions? Pffft. Tablet Computers? Whatever. eReaders? So 2009.
This year, the hottest item on the show floor was a toy. A kick ass, iPhone controlled, flying quadrocopter! This is the Parrot AR Drone, and it is awesome. But what does it offer the HHH filmmaker? How about two on-board cameras for starters. They haven't released any availability or pricing info yet.
